Acceptable Use Policy
Play to win, and play fair.
1.Intended use
The service is built for preparing honest responses to RFPs, tenders, RFIs, RFQs and security or vendor questionnaires, using content your organisation owns or is authorised to use.
2.Not allowed
- Uploading confidential bid documents of competitors or other parties without authorisation.
- Using drafts to misrepresent certifications, experience, staff or financial standing to a buyer.
- Attempting to coordinate pricing with other bidders or engage in bid rigging.
- Uploading malware or content designed to disrupt the service.
- Attempting to access other workspaces, reverse engineer the service or bypass usage limits.
- Reselling access without a written agreement.
3.Accuracy of submissions
You remain responsible for every statement submitted to a buyer. Review dates, sources and approval steps exist to help keep claims accurate, and they should not be bypassed for content that will be submitted.
4.Buyer documents
RFPs often carry confidentiality terms. Import buyer documents only when those terms allow processing by tools used by your team, and restrict project access accordingly.
5.Enforcement
We may suspend a workspace that breaches this policy, usually after notice and a chance to fix the issue. Serious breaches such as attempts to access other customers' data may lead to immediate suspension.
