Terms of Service
The rules of the game for accounts, workspaces, proposal content and subscriptions.
1.Agreement
These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2.The service
The service helps teams respond to RFPs, tenders, RFIs and security questionnaires. It imports documents, extracts questions and requirements, drafts answers from your own content, builds compliance matrices and price sheets, and manages review and sign-off.
The service does not submit bids on your behalf. You decide what is submitted, when and to whom.
3.Accounts and workspaces
- Each user needs their own login. Credentials must not be shared.
- Workspace administrators control who can access projects, the Answer Library and commercial data.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping user access current when people change roles.
4.Your content
You own all content you upload or create, including RFPs, past proposals, answers, rate cards and price sheets. You grant us a limited right to process that content only to provide the service to you.
You confirm that you have the right to upload the documents you add, including RFPs issued by buyers and any third-party material inside them.
5.AI drafts and review
AI drafts are suggestions built from your own documents and library. They can contain errors or outdated statements. Each draft shows its sources, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is submitted to a buyer.
Confidence levels and Win Rate Lab insights are indicators based on your data, not guarantees of evaluation scores or outcomes.
6.Plans, trial and billing
- The free trial covers one full RFP on the Queen plan.
- Paid plans are billed per user per month, either monthly or annually in advance.
- Plan limits such as users and RFPs per month are shown on the pricing page.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
7.Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8.Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common business hours where possible. Support channels depend on your plan.
9.Termination
You can cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend access for non-payment or serious breach of these terms after notice. On termination, you can export your Answer Library and bid records for 30 days before content is deleted.
10.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost bids, lost profits or indirect losses.
